`admire::job_requirements` should become `admire::job::requirements` symmetrically with `job::resources`

Given that we now have a job::resources class, it makes sense to similarly make job_requirements a nested class of admire::job.

changed title from admire::job_requirements should become admire::job::requirements symmetrically to admire::job_requirements should become admire::job::requirements symmetrically{+ with job::resources+}
