char ** environ, should be fused/join with the environment variables from the file.

Additionaly, we may need to unset the next variables:

unset SLURM_CPU_BIND SLURM_CPU_BIND_LIST SLURM_CPU_BIND_TYPE SLURM_CPU_BIND_VERBOSE
