[CRYPTO] users: Select ECB/CBC where needed

CRYPTO_MANAGER is selected automatically by CONFIG_ECB and CONFIG_CBC.

        select CRYPTO_MANAGER


I've added CONFIG_ECB to the ones you mentioned and CONFIG_CBC to
gssapi.
