Renamed Cache to DentryCache. Added several options to config.hpp Removed... 

Renamed Cache to DentryCache. Added several options to config.hpp Removed `LIBGKFS_ENABLE_DIR_CACHE`, added `LIBGKFS_DISABLE_DENTRY_CACHE` instead.
