loggers can be now configured at execution time, by using environment
variables for both server and client.

Server:
 - ADAFS_LOG_LEVEL
 - ADAFS_DAEMON_LOG_PATH

Client:
 - ADAFS_LOG_LEVEL
 - ADAFS_PRELOAD_LOG_PATH
