CMake: Adhoc scripts are now installed to `datadir` 

Scripts for controlling ad-hoc storage services now reside in
`CMAKE_INSTALL_FULL_DATADIR/scord/adhoc_services.d`, typically
`/usr/share/scord/adhoc_services.d/`.
