File system expansion during runtime

This feature should allow GekkoFS to expand to an additional number of nodes and redistribute existing data.

This feature does not include blocking the application and the user must ensure that no I/O calls are issued to GekkoFS while the extension is running. Support for this behavior is added in another issue.
