[master] AGIOS not found in the CI pipeline

When running the CI, AGIOS seems that had disappeared :

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.13/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:137 (message):
  Could NOT find AGIOS (missing: AGIOS_LIBRARIES AGIOS_INCLUDE_DIRS)
