Release 0.3.2

• Add adhoc fs differentiation in types (posix, parallel, gekkofs, hercules, expand, dataclay)
• Add bw_control library function and workflow.
• Add new option -b --blocksize to specify kb to be transferred (512 default)

Missing :

• CCP util types restricted to posix and parallel (old behaviour)
