Support CI/CMAKE testing

There is no automatic testing of the different RPCs implemented. A convenient CI/CD configuration and a CMAKE testing should be implemented.

Ideas can be taken from GekkoFS and this scord branch

A docker image with the dependencies, needs to be created, #4 (closed) (!2 (merged) )
