Spack namespace should be more specific

The current Spack repository recipe defines the scord namespace as:

repo:
  namespace: 'admire' 

This is too generic and can be problematic when several packages define the same namespace in different repositories, because spack will not merge the different recipes. Thus, the naming should be more specific.
